Dori joined the Milestones team in February of 2008 working in the front office at the Brodie Oaks location. She is a native Austinite and graduated from St. Edwards in 2004 with a BA in Kinesiology. She has a background as a behavioral therapist for children with Autism.

Robert became General Manager of Milestones in 2007, having co-founded Milestones Children’s Therapy with his wife, Stacey, in 2002. Robert brings twenty years business experience from companies ranging from start-ups to Fortune 500 companies. His experience includes information technology, marketing and business development. Robert holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Dallas.

Stacey is originally from San Antonio. She and her husband founded Milestones in 2002. Stacey received a Masters degree in Communication Disorders from the University of Texas at Dallas in 2000 and a Bachelor’s degree in Therapeutic Recreation from Southwest Texas State University in 1994. Stacey holds a Texas license in speech-language pathology and has ASHA certification. As a Speech-Language Pathologist she has worked exclusively with children in a clinical setting. She has experience with a wide variety of speech and language disorders and has special interest and training in Autism Spectrum disorders, oral motor dysfunction, articulation disorders and language delays.

While not a native, Mariana considers Texas to be home. She recently graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science in Cell and Molecular Biology. Mariana is currently applying to graduate school for her Doctor of Physical Therapy. In addition to working at Milestones, she is an assistant coach for UT-Austin's Fencing Team.

Since moving to Texas 12 years ago, Marcia's work has focused on working with children and families. In Georgetown she had the privilege of working with community leaders, the faith community and civic groups identifying gaps and bringing together resources to close the gaps and promote healthy behavior for children and youth. For five years, Marcia also worked with a nonprofit to place neglected/abused children in safe, loving homes.

Sandra joined Milestones in February 2007 as the Office Manager at the Cedar Park location.  She brings over 15 years of professional experience in client relations and client services.  Sandra graduated with a BBA in Business Management from Texas A&M in Corpus Christi.  She is very involved in several local communities and helps contribute to  others through volunteer services.
